Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
Everything we sell is digital — masterclasses, courses, guides and planners, delivered by email. This explains refunds and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What you're buying
Our offerings are digital and single-purchase. Video masterclasses, courses and mini-courses are watched; guides, workbooks and planners are downloadable documents. There's nothing physical to post, and each is yours to keep once delivered.
Your consumer rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our digital offerings come with consumer guarantees that can't be excluded. If an offering isn't as described, can't be accessed, or doesn't do what it reasonably should, you're entitled to a refund or to have it put right. This policy sits alongside those rights.
Change of mind
Because a digital offering can't be returned once you have access to it, we can't offer a change-of-mind refund after access has been delivered. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if something is wrong with what you received.
A problem with your access
If a link doesn't work, you can't open a file, or an offering isn't what was described, tell us — we'll re-send it, fix the access, or refund it. That's the point of the consumer guarantees, and we stand behind them.
How to raise it
Email hello@eaup-australia.com with your order number and what's wrong. We'll reply with the next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process the refund once we've confirmed it.
