Everything we sell is digital, so there's nothing to ship. Here's how you receive what you buy and how access works.
How you receive it
Right after payment, you'll get an order confirmation by email at the address you gave at checkout. Your access details for the offering you bought follow by email — please keep an eye on your inbox, and your spam folder just in case.
Access and keeping it
Guides, workbooks and planners are downloadable documents that are yours to keep once delivered. Video masterclasses, courses and mini-courses are yours to watch — where an offering is hosted rather than downloaded, the email will tell you how to reach it.
If it doesn't arrive or a link stops working
If the email hasn't reached you, or a download link or access stops working, email hello@eaup-australia.com with your order number and we'll re-send your access. There's no charge to have it sent again.
Where we sell
We're an Australian store; because delivery is digital, you can access your offering from anywhere with an internet connection.
